Policies & Expectations
Creating a Safe, Christ-Centered Community
At Level Up Homeschool Co-Op, our goal is to provide a welcoming, encouraging environment where students and families can learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships. These expectations help us create a positive experience for everyone.
Parent Participation
Level Up Homeschool Co-Op is a family-centered community, not a drop-off program.
A parent or designated guardian must remain on campus while their student is attending classes. We believe homeschooling is a partnership, and we love seeing parents build friendships alongside their children.
Attendance
We understand that life happens! If your family will be absent, please notify your student's teachers or the directors as soon as possible.
Regular attendance helps students build friendships and fully participate in classroom activities.
Respect & Kindness
We strive to create a Christ-centered environment where every person is treated with kindness, respect, and dignity.
Students, parents, teachers, and volunteers are expected to:
Speak respectfully to one another.
Show kindness and encouragement.
Resolve conflicts in a Christ-like manner.
Respect classrooms, supplies, and church property.
Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Classroom Expectations
Students are expected to:
Participate to the best of their ability.
Follow teacher instructions.
Treat classmates with kindness and respect.
Help care for classroom materials.
Arrive on time and ready to learn.
Our goal is to create classrooms that are engaging, welcoming, and fun for every student.
Health & Wellness
If your child has a fever, is vomiting, has diarrhea, or has another contagious illness, please keep them home until they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours without medication.
Helping prevent the spread of illness keeps our entire community healthy.
Food & Allergies
Please be mindful of food allergies when sending snacks or lunches.
If your child's class has specific allergy guidelines, those will be communicated by the teacher.
Photography
Throughout the year, we may take photos during classes and special events to celebrate our co-op community.
These photos may be shared on our website or social media unless a family has requested otherwise.
Communication
Most communication takes place through our Facebook group, email, and other approved communication channels.
Families are encouraged to check messages regularly for important announcements and updates.
Statement of Faith
Level Up Homeschool Co-Op is a Christ-centered community that seeks to honor God in all we do. While we welcome families from many Christian backgrounds, we ask that everyone help us maintain an atmosphere of kindness, respect, grace, and encouragement.
Our Commitment
Our desire is that every family who walks through our doors feels welcomed, supported, and encouraged. Together, we can create a community where students thrive, friendships flourish, and Christ is honored in everything we do.
"Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." — 1 Corinthians 10:31
